General Terms (apply to all clients)
- Sessions are booked in hour-long blocks (minimum one hour).
- Charges are doubled on Bank Holidays.
- A surcharge may be applied for:
- excessive communications or additional meetings; and/or
- Escort journeys that exceed one hour.
- Escort travel by vehicle is charged at 55 p per mile.
- Escort services are offered subject to limited availability.
- Attendance at Court is by prior agreement only, and must be costed in advance.
- Service costs are reviewed annually on 1 April; any change takes effect with 30 days’ notice.
- Services may be withdrawn if the payment terms set out in the relevant contract are not met.
Additional Terms for Local Authorities (LA)
- A valid Purchase-Order number is required before invoicing.
- Monthly invoices are issued; payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Additional Terms for Individual Clients
- A deposit equal to one session fee must be held on account.
- Full payment is required at least 72 hours before the Family Time session.
